Microspectroscopy

Microspetroscopy
A versatile confocal sample scanning imaging spectroscopy setup, built on an inverted microscope. Allows for label free spatial mapping of the Brillouin back-scattering spectra – to determine viscoelastic moduli, Raman scattering spectra, and/or fluorescence/luminescence spectra. In all cases excitation = 532nm, spatial resolution ~ 1 micron, scanning area < 300 microns (larger possible with stitching).
