TissueFAXS Platform

Automated microscopy-based analysis system. Following immunohistochemical (IHC) or immunofluorescent (IF) staining of specimens (tissue sections & fixed cells), system enables automated slide scanning and quantitative analysis of cells/proteins makers in regions of interest (ROI). User-interactions needed: Marker selection, definition of ROIs, acquisition settings, patient-specific cut-off values.

  • TissueQuest Station for quantitative image analysis of IF-stained samples
  • StrataQuest Station for image analysis accounting for tissue anatomy

  • Quantitative analyses of large-scale IHC and IF stained, paraffin-embedded specimens of diverse tissues using HistoQuest and TissueQuest software, respectively, which performs nuclei-based segmentation of tissues.
  • Example: Quantification of diverse immune cell populations across a large-scale diseased specimen and follow up alignment with the clinical outcome
  • Quantitative analysis of IHC and IF stained, paraffin-embedded sections of diverse tissues accounting for tissue anatomy using StrataQuest software. Segmentation is based on the labelling of tissue structures
