Bioluminescence & Multispectral Imaging: Fluorescence-based in vivo tracking of biomaterial degradation

Non-invasive in vivo Multispectral Imaging allows following the signal of fluorescently tagged biomaterials after in vivo implantation. The Method can discriminate the spectrum of a fluorophore from autofluorescence of animal tissues as well as the spectra of other fluorophores (min. 10 nm difference in spectra).
